Starting in Quarter 2 of 2020, dues must be sent to CSM. Every resident should receive a Welcome Letter from CSM. A sample copy of the letter is below. If you haven't received the letter, please contact Edwin Wargo at 856-404-0462 or info@cardinalridgehoa.com immediately.
There are 2 websites:
The CSM Resident Portal allows you to see your account balance/info. VINE is the new system.
The Payment Portal allows you to pay your dues.

$213.25 quarterly dues are due on:
January 15th
April 15th
July 15th
October 15th
A $25 late fee will be charged for payments after these dates (30 day grace period is given)
The mailing address is below.
Residents are always welcome to pay $853 for the year (this can be done at any time).

There are 4 ways to pay your dues:
Mail - be sure to write your resident info found on your CSM letter. This is super important.
eCheck - transaction charge to resident - https://app.csmhoa.com/login
Credit Card - transaction charge to resident - https://app.csmhoa.com/login
ACH (check) - this will be set to be automatically withdrawn every quarter

Quarterly Invoices will be sent via email if you have provided an email address.
If you elect to have a mailed/paper copy, you will be assessed a fee from CSM.

If life and/or work circumstances arise where you are unable to pay your dues, you must contact CRCA's board immediately. Otherwise, you will be subject to the CSM - Cardinal Collection Policy.

We realize and understand extenuating situations happen. Many of us have been there, and we are your neighbors.
Late fees ($25 per quarter) will accrue until we are contacted. CSM can also send your account to collections. Also, the CRCA board may place a lien for failure to make arrangements with the CRCA board or pay your dues.
