Term Lengths: January 2024 - January 2027

Duties: 

• Attend 4 Board meetings annually

• Attend 1 Budget Meeting (Nov or Dec)

• Attend Annual Meeting (January)

• Provide guidance and ideas about Common Grounds, budget, long range planning, communications, etc.

• Help formulate the budget

Nomination Window: Now - January 15, 2024

Vote: Annual Meeting, January 2024

Radburn Status Notification (Voting): Q1 2024 Dues Statements mailed in January 2024 & Real-time CSM account portal access.

Nominations: Must be done from residents in good standing.
