Annual Resident Meeting, Wed, 1/29, 6:30PM - Cranberry Hall
Each week during the swimming season we are required by the Burlington County Department of Health to have our swimming lake tested for E. Coli during the summer months. E. Coli is generally caused by warm-blooded animal feces.
The maximum is 320 parts per million.
Fluctuations are normal.
Our dams are inspected by Adams, Rehmann and Heggan Associates on a 4 year required cycle. The inspection report is sent to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Dam Safety Section.
The last dam inspection was in May 2016. The next scheduled inspection was due in March 2020. Because of the pandemic, the CR Board will have the inspection done by the end of 2020.
Inspection Reports are available upon request.
Please use a leash when walking dogs on our trails, on the roads, and in common areas.
Please also clean-up after your dog.
This is for the safety of humans and our dogs.
This is not a Cardinal Ridge HOA matter.
